In this Fall premiere edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Max Bohannon and Will Lanigan are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, the Texas Tech Football Team ran out on the field at The Jones for the first time during the 2023 season to take on a top 25 ranked team. We’ll have a look at how the team handled their first test under the new LED lights. Also, the Fall semester has begun and students are adjusting to new changes around campus. We’ll show you how one university residence hall and one of the top college’s here at Texas Tech both celebrated the beginning of a new era. And the Texas Tech Football Team wasn’t the only group of Red Raiders who hit the field over the weekend in hopes of improving their record.
