Texas Tech President Lawrence Shovanec sent out a coronavirus update March 12 at 8:41 a.m. to students regarding classes.
In the update, he announced that classes following spring break on the week of march 23 through the 27 will be cancelled, and will resume March 30 via online.
Students may stay on campus during spring break, residence halls and dining halls will remain open and operate normally, stated the email.
