Greg Abbott, Wendy Davis, Kathie Glass or Brandon Parmer? Early voting opened on Monday, meaning it is time to choose who to vote for as the next Texas governor.
Early voting will run through October 31, and Election Day will be November 4.
Students who are registered to vote in another county can request a mail ballot during the early voting period. College students who are temporarily living away from home can mail in their ballot to their home county to be counted, but applicants can only use a certain ballot. The application for the mail ballot must be completed by October 24.

Although many positions will be on the ballot, the most competitive race is for Texas governor. Here is a little bit about each candidate:
