MCTV Newscast: 9-29

In this Monday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Yemi Akinyeye and Aiden Wasson are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus.  First, an official memo from the office of the Texas Tech Chancellor is bringing attention to the university system after formally establishing a controversial policy.  We’ll have details from the memo and how another state university may have influenced Texas Tech to put the change in writing before many other higher ed institutions.  Also, the Fall semester can be stressful, but that doesn’t mean that students have to focus on course work all the time.  Find out how one university group offers fun and free options all school year long.  And the Texas Tech Volleyball and Soccer Teams were back in action over the weekend, but neither had the luxury of home court advantage.  We’ll let you know how both groups of Red Raiders faired in enemy territory in Sports.  All this and more in today’s newscast!
