MCTV Newscast: 9-25

In this Thursday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Aiden Lewis and Karla Suarez are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus.  First, the Texas Tech campus is celebrating 100 years since the doors of the university opened in 1925, but where does Texas Tech stand entering its second century of existence?  We’ll have the details from the 2025 State of the University Address.  Also, a special keepsake for Red Raiders’ to remember their time at Texas Tech was the focus of a three-day event held on campus this week.  Find out more about the Fall edition of Red Raider Ring Days.  Also, political issues across the United States are a hot topic right now, with dozens of headlines making news every day.  If you’re having trouble sorting out all the information, Madilyn Coyne has a rundown of what you need to know in today’s edition of MCTV’s Inside the Issues.  And the weather is changing and temperatures are getting cooler, but that’s not stopping the Texas Tech Soccer and Football teams from staying hot as we head into Fall.  We’ll have the details on both teams upcoming schedule along with an update on Texas Tech Volleyball’s latest outing in Sports.  All this and more in today’s newscast!
