Campus Crime Report – March 18

Crime reports released by the Texas Tech Police Department for March 18, 2013.

  • A Texas Tech Officer responded to a medical, which occurred at the English/Philosophy Building. A student had a seizure and bumped his head. Emergency Medical Services assessed the student and the student refused transport to the hospital.
  • A Texas Tech Officer investigated theft, which occurred at Coleman Residence Hall East bicycle racks.  A secured BMX bicycle and chain lock were taken.
  • A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for driving while license invalid, following a traffic stop in the 2400 block of 3rd Street. The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail and her vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker.
  • A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for driving while license invalid in the 2500 block of 15th Street following a traffic stop.  The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.  The non-student’s vehicle was released to a passenger.
  • A Texas Tech Officer investigated graffiti, which occurred on the east side of Coleman Residence Hall.  A phrase was written on the exterior wall in blue paint.
