In this Fall premiere edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Kamryn Mendoza and Austin Seat are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, COVID-19 has resulted in some big changes around the Texas Tech campus. MCTV’s Patricia Perry talked to several students to get their thoughts on their “new normal”. Also, one campus group made a big announcement this week that is giving some students a chance to escape Lubbock and take their studies outside the United States. And Tech Athletics is only two days away from the restart of it’s Fall sports schedule. Austin will have the details on Red Raider Football’s home opener along with a look at the schedules for two other Fall teams in Sports. All this and more in today’s newscast!
