In this Monday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Bryant Torres and Austin Seat are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, the end is near on the Tech Campus as finals are just over 2 weeks away. And with finals approaching, the stress level for students rises exponentially. MCTV’s Mallory Roberts stopped by an event hosted by one group who went out of there way to give options to escape from schoolwork and relax. Also, the campus’ residence halls are home to thousands of students as they work their way through their college career. MCTV’s Brinkley Rash has a look at how Tech’s Residence Halls Association is bringing those students together to form a community in their home away from home. And the Texas Tech Football Team was down to only three games on the schedule as they faced the TCU Horned Frogs this weekend. But could the Red Raiders find their way to victory and get closer to bowl eligibility? MCTV’s Ryan Heller has the details on that game along with a look around Tech Athletics in Sports.
