In this Monday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Uvie Bikomo and Kristen Sosa are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, it’s a week of opportunities to give back to the community for Texas Tech students as a week-long event kicks off on campus. We’ll have all the details on the 2019 edition of Service Week. Also, a symposium new to Texas Tech debuted this past weekend at the SUB, bringing in researchers and professors from around the globe. Find out how the university’s first time to host this event marked a major milestone for the symposium. And the Red Raider Football Team may have enjoyed a weekend off, but the Women’s Soccer Team continued on in high gear as they hit the road and brought home another victory.
