MCTV Newscast: 9-12

In this Fall premiere edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Angelina Galvan and Paige Sachse are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, with the Fall semester underway, students are looking for ways to take full advantage of their college experience. We’ll take you to the SUB where one group held a special event to make sure you’re getting your money’s worth while attending Texas Tech. Also, with the number of students riding electric scooters on campus, there’s been some question as to the safety of riders and those around them. Find out how representatives from Lime Scooter made a trip to town to help make the campus is a safer place to enjoy their two-wheeled ride. And with the Fall underway, it’s official football season in the Hub City. MCTV’s Ryan Heller has the highlights from the Red Raider Football Team’s latest contest at the Jones along with a look at some other Fall sports that are already off to a good start.
