MCTV Newscast: 5-2

In this Thursday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Jared Castellano and Cecy Garcia are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, actors, actresses, scriptwriters and more came together to put on a first time event at the Maedgen Theatre. MCTV’s Alissa Amerson has all the details on last weekend’s New Play Showcase. Also, with registration wrapping up, many students are starting to stress about how to continue to pay for college without going deep into debt. MCTV’s Rebeca Hinestroza stopped by a special event designed to help students figure out how to stay away from the red and keep some of their green. And the Texas Tech Baseball Team is in the homestretch as they only have three more series left on the 2019 regular season schedule. But could the Red Raiders add to the win column during their latest mid-week series?
