In this Monday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Emily Effren and Sarah Karda are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, we have the latest details involving the shooting of a Texas Tech football player over the weekend. Find out who police currently have in custody in regard to the incident. Also, saving the planet has been a hot topic, especially after last week’s Earth Day observance. MCTV’s Jena Rangnow and Sarah Karda have a look at two different events here on campus that encouraged students to go green and make a difference.
