In this Thursday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Eli Fierro and Erin Willis have all the latest news and information going on around campus. First we have an update on events earlier this week – including a special guest who came into town to recognize Chancellor Hance, and a weeklong event at the SUB that helped students learn how to better manage their money. Also, reporter Halima Fasasi had a chance to stop by the recent Singer/Songwriter competition at the SUB where students competed for a chance to headline a future concert. Later, Bryan Navarette brings us the sights, sounds and unusual tastes that accompanied TAB’s first ever Harry Potter themed event. In the next installment of our look around campus segment, Danielle King joins us from the SUB to find out about a special event where fraternity members are putting their bicycle skills to good use.
