First, Texas Tech was on full display on national television over the weekend, after one of the biggest kickoff shows in the country took over the student tailgating green space near Jones AT&T Stadium. MCTV’s Nathan Boles has a look at all the excitement from Fox Sports’ Big Noon Kickoff as well as a wrap up of the rest of the biggest stories from Texas Tech Athletics so far this week. Also, it’s Veterans Day and people across America are honoring those who served our country – including right here in Lubbock. Find out how one attraction dedicated to the memory of some brave World War II pilots honored all veterans through a series of special events. And the Lubbock area still hasn’t reached the freezing mark, but that doesn’t mean cooler temperatures haven’t been in the forecast. MCTV’s Jackson Greener shows us how Red Raiders recently had the opportunity to celebrate the season with a special treat to keep them warm during those chilly fall nights.
