In this Thursday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Berkeley Adams and Nicky Rudd are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, Texas Tech recently celebrated the scholarship, innovation, and entrepreneurship of dozens of Red Raiders here on campus during the 4th annual Discoveries to Impact Week. MCTV’s Chris Olivarez has details on last week’s festivities, along with a look at one event where students showcased concepts they hope could one day be reality. Also, the spring is in full effect, and that means several campus groups are organizing cultural events that mark the change in seasons. MCTV’s Alyssa Fant takes us to a recent celebration that gave one group of students from halfway around the globe the chance to showcase one of their country’s biggest holidays. And the Texas Tech Baseball Team just finished up another midweek series, this time on the road out west. But could the Red Raiders find success away from The Law?
