In this Monday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Parker Gainey and Patricia Perry are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, the West Texas area has a deep history but many people have rarely seen that history come to life. MCTV’s Patricia Perry has a special look at a recent event that gave local residents the chance to step back in time and experience what life was like long before the modern age. Also, the Texas Tech Baseball Team has been in almost constant action over the last two weeks, starting with a 2-game home series against Stephen F. Austin. MCTV’s Alejandra Salazar has a wrap up of last week’s contests, along with a preview of what’s up next on the Red Raider’s midweek calendar. And Texas Tech is home to premiere athletes who represent the university in competitions week after week, but not all of those events happen in one of TTU Athletics venues.
