In this Monday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Natalee Gomez and Danielle Salazar are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, a nationally award winning Texas Tech team extended their win streak and added to their resume over the weekend. We’ll have the results from the National Cheerleading Association and National Dance Alliance Collegiate National Championships. Also, the Red Raider Baseball team stepped up to the plate with high hopes for getting back in the win column after losing their first conference series last week on the road. Find out if Tech was able to take down #10 ranked TCU in Sports. And after months of almost exclusively virtual events, the campus is slowly coming to life as in-person activities return to the weekly schedule. MCTV’s Claire Seigmund has a look at one of those events last week that gave students a chance to put their skills to use and create a special keepsake. All this and more in today’s newscast!
