Global News Relay is an annual online broadcast that features newscasts from journalism schools around the world. Each year, a central topic is chosen for the theme of the broadcast, and each school creates a newscast with content focusing on that theme. This year’s topic was “How COVID Changed Us”, and students from MCTV worked throughout the Spring semester to create stories that highlight our situation here at Texas Tech
MCTV was proud to have been part of GNR 2021. This was the first year for MCTV to be part of the broadcast, and we look forward to partnering with GNR again in the future.
