In this Monday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Danielle Salazar and Krizia Williams are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, the Texas Tech Board of Regents spent the end of last week on campus for their first meeting of the year. We’ll let you know what was on the agenda and why last week’s meeting was also an important milestone as the university weathers the COVID-19 pandemic. Also, the coronavirus led to many changes to campus when the virus first started impacting the university almost a year ago. But since then, many facilities and venues have returned to mostly normal with a few notable exceptions. MCTV’s Anakin Rayos stopped by one well known campus eatery that has yet to open their doors but is still offering students real-life experiences. And it was a successful weekend for two Texas Tech teams who had struggled to find the win column in recent weeks. We’ll have scores and highlights from the diamond and the court in Sports.
