In this Monday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Will Lanigan and Krizia Williams are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, the end of election season is just one day away as Americans prepare to head to the polls and select the next President of the United States. We’ll let you know how many Texans cast their ballots early this year and tell you where you can still make your voice heard on campus. Also, over the weekend, the Tech Community celebrated Halloween 2020. And even though the celebration was a lot different this year, one group held an in-person event to get students into the spirit while giving them helpful tips to stay safe during the spookiest day of the year. And speaking of Halloween, the Texas Tech Football Team put on a horror show at Jones AT&T Stadium over the weekend, striking fear and terror into the heart of fans in attendance.
