MCTV Newscast: 10-10

In this Thursday edition of the MCTV Weekday Update, anchors Gabriella Arriaga and Corey May are in studio with the latest news, information and events happening around campus. First, Texas Tech University is a diverse community with students, faculty and staff from around the world. We’ll show you how a week-long set of events is celebrating the culture and groups of those who don’t call the United States home. Also, with Halloween on the radar, Christmas may not be the first thing that comes to mind during October. But for one campus group, December 25th is on their mind as they prepare to bring joy to those who can’t make it home for the holidays. Find out how Tech students were given the chance out with this special project. And the Texas Tech Football Team is gearing up for their 3rd ranked opponent in a row. But can the Red Raiders bring home another Big 12 victory against a top 25 team. MCTV’s Custis Moore has the details on that matchup along with a look around Tech Athletics sports.
