Some say that all-nighters (staying up all night to study) are just a part of college life. But research shows that lack of sleep can increase stress levels, negatively affect your health and hinder your ability to focus.
Some students may feel that this is an even trade for the extra study time an all-nighter provides. This is why The Hub@TTU would like to know whether or not Texas Tech students are participating in this practice. Tell us below if you have ever pulled an all-nighter!
