The Public Art Program at the Texas Tech University System was initiated by the Board of Regents in 1998 to enrich campus environments and extend the educational mission at each university.
Through this program, artworks are funded and added to the system’s multiple campuses. Texas Tech’s Lubbock campus has more than 100 pieces created by some of today’s leading artists.
