Why You Can And Should Attend HAATBP

Attention all diverse individuals interested in advertising — a big opportunity exists for you. On Sept. 23, The One Club will host its annual “Here Are All The Black People” event at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City. This event is a chance for those interested in writing, graphic design, production, digital design, or programming to get their work reviewed by, and make solid connections with, professionals in the advertising industry.

If  it is too expensive to travel to New York, there is an application to get a travel stipend. If interested in attending, visit www.herearealltheblackpeople.com for more information and to register. You have to hurry though — the event is quickly approaching.

About Henry Wilson

I often tell everyone my life sounds like a lie. I am a professional actor, model, and personal assistant. I am in an indie movie called "Lars the Emo Kid Movie." I am a senior advertising major at Texas Tech University and will graduate with my baccalaureate in December 2013. I had a internship, this summer, with Saatchi & Saatchi New York as a project manager. I'm also a 4A's MAIP Alumni and campus ambassador. I am a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and Deans Council. I'm slightly addicted to bicycling and video gaming.
