Update (9 p.m., 3/6) (Anthony Hall) – After speaking with Raiders United representative Sean Buckley, the charges against Luke Cotton, Jill Berger, and Logan Dickenson are clarified here. Only Dickenson was found guilty of asking for eRaider information; Cotton and Berger were exempted from this charge. The only other charge the 3 were found guilty of was “spamming” University Fountains residents with mass e-mails, either themselves or through a third party.
